Salesforce Architect – Agentforce (6-Month Contract)

Define Salesforce data models, security, sharing, identity, access, and governance strategies. Establish scalable solutions considering governor limits, data volume, performance, and platform limitations. Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams. Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies. Define CI/CD, DevOps, environment, release, and deployment standards. Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption strategies. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solution architectures. Ideal Candidate 1 Strong Salesforce Architect Profile with hands-on Agentforce / Salesforce AI solution design 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8+ years of total Salesforce experience, including 4+ years in a Salesforce architect / solution-design role 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing Agentforce / Salesforce AI solutions (Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, guardrails, AI-driven workflows) 4 Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have strong hands-on command of the Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC and Flow 5 Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have designed enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, middleware, Named Credentials and asynchronous processing 6 Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have strong understanding of Data Cloud/Data 360 and Salesforce data architecture 7 Mandatory (Tech skill 4): Must have defined Salesforce data models, security, sharing, identity, access and governance strategies 8 Mandatory (Tech skill 5): Must have designed scalable solutions accounting for governor limits, Large Data Volume, performance and platform limitations 9 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have provided technical leadership to developers and implementation teams, reviewing designs, code, integrations and deployment strategies, and defining CI/CD/DevOps and release standards 10 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating business requirements into solution architectures 11 Mandatory (Note1): This is a 6-month contract role.
