Ideal Candidate 1 Strong B2C Product Designer Profile with end-to-end ownership and prototype-in-code ability 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years designing B2C products at a high-growth consumer or fintech company 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have owned a product area or a 0-to-1 launch end to end, not just individual screens inside a large team 4 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must own design end to end, from understanding the problem to shipping the experience, turning product ideas into clear, usable flows 5 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be fluent with AI tools, both to code prototypes and POCs and to accelerate exploration and iteration through the design process 6 Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have built and maintained a design system 7 Mandatory (Skill 4): Must run hands-on customer research, talk to users regularly, think from first principles with strong user empathy, and track post-launch performance to improve designs based on feedback and data 8 Mandatory (Domain): Must have experience in high-growth consumer or fintech companies 9 Mandatory (Portfolio): Must share a portfolio that shows the problem, the decisions made and measurable outcomes, not just polished UI 10 Mandatory (Note) – Seed-funded WealthTech startup. Candidate must be comfortable in an early-stage, fast-paced environment 11 Mandatory (Compensation Alignment) – Candidate must be comfortable with fixed pay matched to current CTC (no hike) plus ESOPs worth 20–30% of total CTC on top, within an overall budget of up to ₹28L total CTC (for example, a candidate on ₹20L current CTC would get ₹20L fixed plus ESOPs worth roughly ₹5L to ₹7L, taking total CTC to ₹25L to ₹27L) Additional Information The role involves working directly with founders and engineers.
