Prepare engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation; support permitting and regulatory submissions. Support projects from planning and design through construction, including technical workstreams, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery. Provide construction support by reviewing shop drawings, contractor questions, field conditions, RFIs, and construction documentation. Coordinate with municipal clients, public agencies, consultants, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ideal Candidate 1 Strong Civil Municipal Engineer Profile with municipal infrastructure background and hands-on design experience 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of civil or municipal engineering experience 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience supporting projects from design through construction (planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery) 4 Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with roadway, drainage, utility, or similar public infrastructure projects 5 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have hands-on design capability including preparation of plans, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation 6 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be able to provide construction support (reviewing shop drawings, contractor questions, field conditions, and RFIs) 7 Mandatory (Skill 3): Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities and coordinate with municipal clients and public agencies 8 Mandatory (Education): Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 9 Mandatory (Certification): Must have an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license 10 Preferred (Tech skill 1): Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Revit, Bluebeam, and Mathcad 11 Mandatory (Note): Must be willing to work on-site in Mount Holly or Wayne, New Jersey Additional Information Job Type: Full-Time Location : Mount Holly, NJ (On-site) / Wayne, NJ (onsite) The role focuses on the design, development, and oversight of municipal infrastructure projects.
