Senior Accountant – SEBI / LODR Compliance

SEBI (LODR) Regulations and applicable stock exchange requirements. ✅ Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and secretarial auditors. ✅ Handle finalization of accounts, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements. ✅ Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax computations, assessments, and statutory filings. ✅ Coordinate with the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for board meetings and regulatory disclosures. ✅ Maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures. ✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and management financial analysis. ✅ Supervise and guide junior accounting professionals. 🎓 ELIGIBILITY & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting. • CA Inter / CA Qualified / CMA qualification preferred. • 6–10 years of total accounting experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a BSE / NSE-listed small-cap company is mandatory. • Hands-on experience independently managing listed-company accounts and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of SEBI (LODR) Regulations and Companies Act, 2013. • Practical experience in Ind AS / IFRS. • Experience in quarterly and annual stock exchange financial result submissions. • Strong knowledge of statutory audits, GST, TDS, and Income Tax. • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced MS Excel. ⭐ PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE We are particularly interested in professionals who have: • Worked directly with CFOs and senior management. • Handled financial disclosures and listed-company compliance independently. • Coordinated with merchant bankers, registrars, and share transfer agents. • Supported investor relations and financial reporting requirements. 🏢 INTERVIEW PROCESS Round 1: Technical / Role-Specific Interview with Accounts Team Manager.
